Hi, I recently purchased a used Dodge Caliber 2009 from Mustafa back in August 2013 - my first car purchase as my Dad bought me my first and only car back in 1989 at Toyota in the Automall. Needless to say I was a little nervous and apprehensive but Mustafa was very friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard to get my business.- I would definatley recommend him to any of my friends who are looking for a new or used car. Yesterday, I brought my car in my for regular scheduled maintenance ( tune up ) and when I got home the front passenger tire had blown and the TPMS sensor was broken . I brought it back in today and Bob immediately took ownership of my problem and promised that he " would help me out " - I very much appreciate his attentiveness and concern for my issue and the willingness to take ownership of it and see that it was 100% resolved. Thanks again for taking away all my stress over this issue - I appreciate you going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!

Hello Mike,

I don't often take the time to give my feedback to the business I deal with. Usually if I am happy with the service I will come back and if I am unhappy You will never see me again.

Last weekend I came onto your lot to look at a van that you had advertised on your website. It matched all of the requirements that I was after so I made the trip to see it. I had a Chrysler minivan before that I purchased from your lot. Two years ago it was completely destroyed in a major collision. My daughter and I were able to walk away from that accident. That van may very well have saved our lives. I decided to try a smaller vehicle, of a different make, as a replacement. Not only was the vehicle of poor quality, the purchasing experience left me feeling like I had been taken advantage of.

As you can imagine I had my guard up when I walked onto your lot. I was greeted right away by Rick Hollander. I explained why I was there and he was quick to show me the very van that I had come to see. This was refreshing as I was prepared for the bait and switch maneuver. I was shopping with my wife and three children, Rick and the rest of your staff showed them the same respect they showed me. The vehicle showed some braking problems during the test drive. I was told that as the vehicle had been sitting the problem may rectify itself with some driving. I was also told to bring it back if It didn't smooth out. I had researched the trade in value of my existing car and was offered a fair price for it. The rest of the paper work straight forward without the last minute extra charges and add-ons that I experienced at another dealership.
I brought the vehicle back after a few days of driving as the braking problem was still evident. I was taken to the service department who were happy to fix the van right away and were willing to negotiate a deal where the brakes were brought to new condition with me kicking in the extra cost.

My entire experience left me feeling like the kind of customer who will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle.

I love my new 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 regular cab. I chose almost every upgrade I could and don't regret it. Everyone loves my beautiful truck.

Unexpectedly, the day after I bought it I had an accident when visiting my son in Victoria (not a traffic accident). That accident left my right shoulder with three torn tendons, a torn bicep, torn ligaments and a broken bone. BAD LUCK!! My son had to drive me home to the Sunshine Coast the next day.

He fell in love with my truck too. But I can tell you, with my right shoulder in the condition it is in the dial to change gears is a blessing. I would be remiss not to add that the sales man I dealt with, Barry Wingo, was a pleasure to work with.

We love our red Dart. We still can't believe that a sedan can look so sporty, beautyful and also has lots of room inside. Dodge did a great job and even managed to put some italian flare into it. The staff at Richmond Chrysler was excellent and went the extra mile for us. the only improvement I could suggest is a better detailing of the car.
