I bought my first ever car at Go Richmond Chrysler and I'm so happy to have given them my business! I had initially gone in the summer looking for a Dodge Challenger, and came back at year-end when I saw they had brought in a Mustang GT. My sales rep Dawson was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help me land the best deal possible and I can't thank him enough! The sales managers Ben, Abjeet and Corey were also incredibly helpful and I so appreciate them for making this deal work out for us all. Everyone I dealt with on the sales side were kind, helpful, and respectful. The reason I'm leaving a 4 and not 5 star review is because of the insurance rep I dealt with, Hazzel, and the finance manager, Mike. Both parties tried to upsell me so many things I never had a chance to speak or ask questions, and weren't listening to anything I had to say. When I had questions, they weren't helpful at all and instead kept "explaining" what they think is right which just added to my confusion. They did not respect my time when I said I needed to leave for work and this was all taking much too long, and I ultimately had to sign a finance package I didn't understand at a price point that was incorrect because Mike said I couldn't leave unless I did! I told him I would be back when I had more time to get this sorted because I know Go Auto has a 30 day policy to make adjustments.
