The Opportunity

There is an exceptional career opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment to join the sales team at McManes Automotive Group in Richmond, BC.

This is a full-time position with a rotational evening and weekend schedule. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive compensation.

Duties required in this role:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Asses customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Build productive trust relationship with customer

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Sales experience helpful but not required
• 1-2 years of sales, retail and/or marketing experience is a bonus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Pleasant and engaging phone personal
• Able to Multi-task
• Strong work ethic
• Team-oriented
• Schedule MUST be flexible and includes nights and weekends (No Sundays)
